It has been a wonderful experience working with Lutalo McGee and Earl Solomon to purchase our first home. It seems like everything happened in the blink of an eye. It was through Zillow that we got a call from Lutalo, as we were searching for a Real Estate Agent who could walk us through the home buying process. We couldn't be happier as the process was seamless and joyful. Lutalo (best known as Lu) is a very down-to-earth, sincere, punctual and diligent person who, in spite of his busy schedule, always got back to our queries on time. Lu put us in touch with Earl, who took us for viewings of potential houses. Earl is very sincere, diligent and punctual. His courteous nature, amazing smile and eagerness to fit into our busy schedule for home viewings are much appreciated. We have seen as many as 6 homes in one evening!!! Earl always provided his insights on minute details of the homes we visited. He also posed questions to get more info from the seller's agent about extra storage space, building reserves, any upcoming special assessments, etc. These helped us to make informed decisions about the houses that we were visiting. In less than 2 weeks, we were able to make an offer to the seller for this home and in another one month, we sealed the deal for our first home. The entire process took less than 2 months!!! Last but not the least, I should mention Shashonah and the McGee team, whom we never met in person but who had been tirelessly working behind the entire process guiding us with the paper works and other requirements. It has been awesome working with Ani Real Estate and we would highly recommend this group.
