Michelle is an absolute joy! Professional & fun, she worked tirelessly to insure that we found just the right home that met with our unique needs. We were relocating from from Sonoma County, so when we would drive over from the North Bay on the weekends to look at homes, wed look at 8 to even 12 on a Saturday. This over a period of 6 months. Basically we looked at a lot of homes. Michelle was so patient and prepared the whole way through all the showings. When we finally found our new home, she was always available for questions, helped us through the process, and even referred us to contractors, movers, landscapers and a cleaning lady. Completely professional, Michelle made the process so much fun, even during a few stressful times. She truly is the best agent we have ever worked with and we look forward to working with her again in the future. When you work with Michelle, its effortless. She makes home buying fun!

Michelle was very helpful during our whole home buying process. There were several times where paperwork needed to be signed or changed and she was always on top of the deadlines to help move the process along. It was our first time buying a home, so she also did a lot of "hand holding" and explaining the details that go into such a major purchase. When we entered into the "just looking" phase, she was very respectful of our budget and the specific items that we were looking for in a home. She spent time with us and gave very honest and market based analysis of the pricing for homes in our areas. We had some unusual circumstances in our process, and on things that Michelle (as well as others in this journey) were unsure of, she would go out of her way to get answers and assist us. It can be very stressful to purchase a home, and Michelle was respectful and helpful throughout the whole process. Even when there were hiccups, she was encouraging and remained positive. We are currently living in our dream home thanks to Michelle! (Now if only she offered assistance with unpacking!)

Michelle gave my wife and I the best experience we've ever had with a realtor. Not only did she show a high level of professionalism throughout the process of selling our house, she's also really fun to work with! One of her many wonderful qualities is the ability to openly explore all options. She laid everything out for us and helped us decide the best course of action to meet our needs. We never felt forced into anything. After deciding to list our house on the market with Michelle, it got more showings in the first couple of months than it had during the six months we'd had it listed with another realtor. We like regular updates on the status of our property, and she diligently provided them. She went above and beyond by taking the responsibility of giving my three tenants notice when showings were scheduled so we didn't have to worry about it. All Michelle's hard work led to two simultaneous offers on our house. She made time to meet with us in person to carefully evaluate both offers. After negotiating an acceptable price and getting the offer signed, we launched into the flurry of activity necessary to complete escrow in 30 days. Michelle had a full understanding of the order of things and was absolutely on top of every aspect of the short escrow. She kept in close communication with us and walked us through every step of the way to make sure we fully understood all the paperwork we were signing. Everything went smoothly, and we were thrilled to close escrow on time. To top it all off, Michelle sent us a very thoughtful selection of truffles and chocolate-dipped fruits to help kick of our celebration of the house sale. If we decide to buy or sell another property in the future, we would want to work with Michelle again. I highly recommend her, and am certain anyone would be impressed with her expertise, professionalism and pleasing personality.
