I walked into the Premier Properties real estate office on Main Street in Murphys a little over a month ago. I was interested in finding out the current value of my property in Murphys and perhaps listing it for sale. Michelle was in the office, introduced herself, and offered help. She asked me what I thought the property was worth and I told her a minimum of 10,000 dollars an acre. She offered to go and take a look at the property and give me a call. A day or 2 later she called and she gave me a suggested price a little over what i had suggested. I agreed to listing it and she quickly and efficiently took care of all of the details over the phone and in writing. A week or so after listing my property she told me she had inquiries and then a little later she told me she had someone she wanted me to meet at the property. The buyer and I met at the property and I showed him around and answered his questions about its history. A few days later she called to say she had a full price offer. We quickly entered escrow and even closed several days earlier than planned. Michelle did a confident and thorough job all the way through. It was absolutely wonderful doing business with her.
