We are a Navy family stationed overseas and decided to sell our house in Jax. We contacted Allison and could not be happier with our decision! When we decided to sell, we had tenants renting our house and she not only handled all the standard listing agent tasks, but also helped us communicate with our tenants and property management company. There were many times when she handled things that definitely should have been our property management company's responsibility, but she dealt with every situation presented to her without complaint. Allison was in constant contact with us throughout the entire process from start to finish. We never had to wonder what was going on because she made sure we knew every detail.
