I dont know if I can express in words how helpful Blair was to us. She truly saved us! We had a fast move to the Jacksonville area and real estate is a sellers market at this time. I was living in an extended stay hotel with my dogs trying to find a place to call home. I called about a rental that Blair just happen to be showing at that very moment. From the moment we spoke I knew she was a perfectionist, a professional, a go-getter AND, most importantly, she always did what she said she was going to do! Trustworthy! She has an amazing sense of reading people and then finding that house that fits your familys needs perfectly. She did this with the first house she recommended to us. Any waiting we had to do was no part due to her. The process for some rentals, especially in nice neighborhoods, is time-consuming and tedious due to the other property managements requirements. Blair helped us so much and she did this without getting compensated (other than a referral fee paid by the other property manager) which in no way covered the time she put into us! I dont know if you can put a value on how much she did for us and the peace of mind she brought to us! I was certainly stressed about the move. We were leaving a home of 22 years in another state and trying to find a place to call home. For awhile we were trying to do a lot of the leg work ourself but at this time in this market i would not advise that. You will stress yourself out. Houses will sell before you have had time to schedule a walk thru. Once it was at the point that I was frustrated, disappointed and ready to throw in the towel I then made one more call and I had Blair on the other end of that call. Finally!!! This was the moment things started to change. I could see and feel that it was going to work out. I knew she was constantly watching for that perfect rental for us. I could now breathe, relax and start to appreciate our opportunities that were unfolding here in Jax. When that first house we looked at became available we were 1 of 47 applicants. Yes! 1 of 47!! But Blair put in a great word for us and we did everything required to get that home. A couple days later, we were moving out of the hotel into this home. I cant speak high enough of Blair. She stayed with us through the entire process. She was such a blessing and I am so thankful we spoke that one day. For us, that conversation was a random call. If you are reading this review then you can stop here. You have found the aEURoeoneaEUR? who will find your temporary home, forever home or fur-ever home. She was available to us at some crazy hours too. I would text her thinking she will get this message in the morning and then immediately I had a reply. She is constantly working hard for her clients. When our lease is over she will, without a doubt, be the realtor we use to buy a home. Just writing that I recommend her does not seem enough. This is the person who will working FOR YOU and handle business as if you were doing it yourself ONLY better. Look no further! Ms. Blair Owen is your next realtor if you want it done right and have the weight of the world immediately removed from your shoulders! Thank you for your hard work.
