Adam spent 2 years with me looking for the best 2BR deal in Hamilton Heights and I am forever grateful to him for his perseverance, astute attention to detail, and in-depth knowledge of the Harlem market and the HDC and HDFC process. When I first spoke to him on the phone about an HDFC listing, I trusted immediately - he knew the ins and outs of that building - and after speaking with him, it was clear that he took no shortcuts into understanding what it takes to purchase the right home. (Note, I later stopped looking at HDFC's....) Adam is fair, kind, and carries a robust history of the Hamilton Heights area, which really made me fall in love with this part of the city. Today, I consider myself very lucky to have the home I have - and I truly credit that to Adam. He took the time to understand what I needed and found the best buildings possible so that I can make the right investment.

We are recent clients of Howard and could not express strongly enough how grateful and appreciative we are for his help in purchasing the perfect Manhattan apartment! His patience, wisdom, knowledge and guidance as we navigated through the process was appreciated beyond words. We feel so fortunate to have crossed paths early in our venture- luck was certainly on our side when we met Howard and quite honestly we knew it from that very first meeting! As we live out of state and could not get into the city often, Howard went out of his way to scope out potential properties and then narrow down the list to only truly viable options, enabling our weekend trips into Manhattan to be used efficiently, seeing only those places that were true contenders. Howard is also easy to talk to and went out his way to make himself available to us, often late in the evening, to accommodate our work schedules and did it with a lovely demeaner - always providing pertinent information and timely answers to our many questions that enabled efficient decision making on our end but was never pushy if we weren't ready to commit to something. Once we did put in an offer on the right place, Howard and his team of seasoned professionals made the purchasing process as easy as possible, guiding us every stop of the way to a successful closing.
