Joe and Denise Abmont didn?t just try to sell us a property. They sold us a home. They listen and they care. It is clear that they want to help you achieve your goal, whether that goal is purchasing a rental income property or your dream home. In my wife?s and my case, it was finding our dream home. Joe and Denise Abmont are beyond amazing! From the start of our home purchase journey to the close of escrow they have been involved at every step. When we first decided to make the move to Idaho we began searching for a real estate agent with knowledge of the area. Denise was one of several agents to reach out and after speaking with her I knew the Abmonts were the ones we wanted to work with. She provided knowledge and guidance and made us feel very comfortable. They spent a great amount of time with us as we navigated through the complex real estate environment in an area that was new for us. They responded to every phone call and text with patience and kindness and made us feel like we were their most-important clients. They also offered their rental home during one of our visits so we didnt have to pay the cost of a hotel. We made the decision to purchase our new home in Kuna and Joe was at every construction meeting, every site visit and attended every conference call. He asked questions of the home builder and guided us through every step. They both shared their excitement and joy for us as we closed on our home.
