Tina was very helpful from the first moment we spoke on the phone. She asked about our needs and location preference. When we met to look at homes, she was very prepared and not only showed us properties from our discussion but also came up with other ideas i.e. new developments. It was from that idea that we ended up building a new home, something we really hadn't considered before.But, the real value in Tina is her willingness to work with you long after the sale has been made. Tina made the effort to sit through a 4-5 hour session with my wife and the design team of the builder, to help my wife pick out everything she needed to design a new home, from cabinets and colors to styles and hardware.Wait, there's more! Tina has worked tirelessly for us in communicating with the builder, showing us the progress of our home via videos from her phone and helping solve minor issues.
