Forbes Hansen is an amazingly capable real estate broker. 100 Proof. Gold standard material. Let me tell you why I like Forbes so much. I have used many different real estate brokers over my 45 years of owning, selling, buying, and managing real estate here in Washington. That's how I know that Forbes is one of the absolute best.Forbes was immediately open and transparent about how he went about his real estate work. He had a genuine enthusiasm and excitement for a unique property. He was the only broker who could take a look and instantly 'get it'. And 'get it' he did! He had no qualms about reaching up on pricing this unique listing that really had no marketplace comparables. Our preliminary listing conversation was easy and just flowed. I hired him on the spot. I knew he was my best broker possible for my sale. Forbes is quite unique in that he creates real videos of his properties. We're talking professional equipment, well-edited to create a very evocative and emotion-filled presentation. I want to make clear this is not one of those clunky 360-degree image things. Forbes makes an inspiring movie that creates interest that translates into buyer responses. His video of my property was absolutely incredible. Once the listing was up and live Forbes handled all the communications with me, buyer brokers, escrow, title people, and recommended several vendors. He demonstrated exemplary communication skills solving problems in a cordial manner. Forbes did not need to negotiate hard to get results. He was able to explain to me and to the buyer broker great solutions to put the transaction together.Forbes demonstrated he has great relationships in the real estate industry with title, appraisal, and other real estate brokers. His rock-solid reputation provided access to quick answers when needed. Otherwise, Forbes was proactive and made sure everything ran smoothly.Forbes also is a very genuine and authentic human being. A rare commodity in real estate brokerage. It's quite refreshing and appreciated to have somebody demonstrate consistently high ethical standards, coupled with a can-do attitude, and all the skills necessary to make for a smooth successful transaction.I recognize this is a lengthy review. But Forbes is not somebody you can appropriately characterize in a few words. I genuinely enjoyed working with him.
