Professional, honest, reliable, communicative, patient, punctual - all the attributes and more of someone one would want to interact and do business with. Particularly if it is one for the long haul and one which is one of the biggest investments in one's lifetime, like buying a house. I was a first-time home buyer, someone who has been watching the markets, saving my money for down payment and is ready to make the leap towards home ownership. Except I was very afraid of the nerve wrecking process, simply because I was not educated on how real estate and home buying goes. I had looked, reviewed, and spoke to a few real estate agents, among them acquaintances but no one have been able to educate, review and answer all my questions, no matter how serious or trivial they may be, not until I met Kelley Kemmis. Kelley took the time to walk me through the process and would always provide me with documents I need to review ahead of time so I had the opportunity to review and get my questions answered. With her breadth and depth of knowledge, coupled with her heart of a teacher, she was able to understand my concerns and did her best to quell my nerves. She took the time to get to know what my ideal home was and how we can find it based on what my affordability was, always being honest on what was realistic and achievable. She kept me thinking positive even after we have toured multiple homes and was unable to find "the one". Kelley is not just about helping someone sell or buy a home, but is always big on building relationships, providing guidance, and achieving the results that works for everyone involved while adhering to a strict realtor code of ethics. I am in my beautiful home today because I had Kelley on my team. Thank you Kelley, for all that you do.
