Jim was recommended to us by a family member and we are so glad we went with him. We were under a pretty tight buying window and from the first house we looked at to the close of escrow, Jim helped us purchase a house in a month and a half! He was exceptionally quick to answer/return our calls, always worked around our schedule (which was challenging with a newborn!), explained things in a way that we could understand as first time homebuyers - doing everything he could to make this a smooth and enjoyable process for us. Even when we ran into a hiccup with our mortgage loan, he was quick to see what the issue was and get us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. Jim helped me find my new home in late 2015. He was very knowledgeable about the entire greater Sacramento area, and was very patient as I tried to find the right house. So glad I didn't settle for something that wasn't right, as I'm now in the perfect home.Jim was also very good at spotting sub-par renovations, pointing out things in un-renovated houses that could be done to make improvements, and other things I probably wouldn't have thought of on my own.Jim also helped me sell my old house. He and his staff went above and beyond right from the start, from recommending how to de-clutter and stage my house, to very high quality photographs from a professional photographer who specializes in shooting living spaces, to having detailed floor plans printed up for potential buyers.
