Kathy has been an absolute delight to work with! Moving into the Phoenix area unexpectedly meant we had very little time to do our own research, so we had to rely on Kathy's knowledge of the area and expertise in real estate to help us find the perfect home. She immediately started sending us property listings that fit our criteria and helped us narrow the search down online, then when my spouse was able to fly in, she spent the day looking at our top choices with him. By the afternoon, we made an offer on a fantastic house, only to find out another offer was out there on it! :( But Kathy handled the situation wonderfully and we were able to make an offer the buyers accepted, so we ended up with our #1 house choice! And when it came to our inspection, she was able to navigate us through some items on the report with expertise and negotiate to get a few more items addressed by the buyers prior to closing. We would HIGHLY recommend Kathy to anyone looking to buy a home in the Phoenix area, but especially to those making the move from out-of-state. She is very responsive and it was one less thing to worry about knowing she was taking care of us in Arizona.If you are looking for professionalism backed with in-depth knowledge, you won't go wrong working with Kathy!
