Kathy has been an absolute delight to work with! Moving into the Phoenix area unexpectedly meant we had very little time to do our own research, so we had to rely on Kathy's knowledge of the area and expertise in real estate to help us find the perfect home. She immediately started sending us property listings that fit our criteria and helped us narrow the search down online, then when my spouse was able to fly in, she spent the day looking at our top choices with him. By the afternoon, we made an offer on a fantastic house, only to find out another offer was out there on it! :( But Kathy handled the situation wonderfully and we were able to make an offer the buyers accepted, so we ended up with our #1 house choice! And when it came to our inspection, she was able to navigate us through some items on the report with expertise and negotiate to get a few more items addressed by the buyers prior to closing. We would HIGHLY recommend Kathy to anyone looking to buy a home in the Phoenix area, but especially to those making the move from out-of-state. I have worked with Kathy in the past on some investment sales and purchases in the Scottsdale area. Not once has she ever led me in the wrong directon and she intuitively knows what I will and won't like in a property. This time saving trait is crucial for me and I suspect is with many of her clients. Kathy has extensive knowledge of the AZ market and is scarily available with any and all questions, even the stupid questions I tend to ask on occasion! We have dealt with a few other brokers that simply didn't know their stuff and Kathy was patient and walked them thru to achieve a great result for all parties involved. Kathy uses hugely capable title companies that take the stress out of the transaction which is another plus for me! I give the highest recomendation possible to this woman and I plan to work with her on all my future purchases and sales.
