I feel so fortunate to have found Nathan to work with when recently looking to purchase a property in Tallahassee. He is everything you hope to find in a Realtor with his deep knowledge of the area having grown up there. I live in South Florida and had reached out to a number of Realtors who might help me long distance and he was the only one who responded which already told me a lot about who he was and how he worked. He listened to my wish list and budget and was able to ultimately help make a wise choice, negotiate a great deal, and help with post closing needs for local service providers and resources. He had a number of properties lined up when I came to Tallahassee, and really took the time to help me select a place that met the needs of my son to live while going to school, but also keeping in mind the longer term value. He is not only experienced and smart, he is personable and just a pleasure to work with throughout the process. I would highly recommend Nathan as a top professional Realtor.

We were out-of-town buyers, trying to find realtors who would talk to us. Some of them took 3-4 days to return calls, or 3 weeks. Some did not bother. One of Nathan reviewer left the comment that she was in the same situation and Nathan was the only one who returned the initiative call. So we decided to place a call and we got the call back in the same day. That was April 2013. It took us 1 year and 6 trips into Tallahassee, many emails, texts, questions, not to mention miles of driving of showing homes up-and-down Lake Talquin, Havana, and Quincy. Nathan was happily there, low key, relax, no pressure during any moments that seemed that nothing would come out of our conquest to find our retirement home. Since we were out of town, Nathan also did house shopping, took pictures to save us time to come to Tallahassee. 1 year and 6 trips later, we closed on April 22, 2014. His patience is outstanding.Along the way, we got to know more of him, story of his life, and his family. His caring in his work shows more than just a "real estate transaction".
