I had decided to buy a home in the summer of 2011. I was completely enthralled with the service that Annie provided. As a first time home buyer, she was there for me every step of the way. From finding out what I wanted, to going on trips with me to see potential homes, and throughout the entire process beginning to end. I am proud to say that I had a wonderful experience regarding Annie. When issues presented themselves, she was on the ball, contacting me immediately. The sellers had some problems with the short sale and needed extra documentation. Annie and I were able to turn around and provide documentation back to the sellers the same day that the sellers requested the documentation.Since my purchase, I have since recommend Annie to everyone I know who is needing real estate guidance. Everyone I have recommend Annie to has had nothing but amazing things to say. To summarize, Annie may very be the definition of greatness in real estate (in my humble opinion).
