We were introduced to Michael and Fred by our friends. Although they indicated Studio City was not their local sphere, they did however tell us they felt the value of our townhome was nearly $100,000 over what we had expected to sell it for. $599,000 was the valuation that was given to us by a couple of prominent Studio City agents and they were very precise, reasonable and made perfect sense. After previewing our home, Michael on the other hand felt the uniqueness of the property, the upgrades, amenities and the location being south of the Blvd. would fetch way more. They sold our home in less than 10 days with multiple offers for $690,000 to an all cash buyer. Amazed and astonished is the best way to express our experience with Michael and Fredric. Not only was our home listed at the highest priced to date, it was SOLD for $14,000 over asking after being on the market for only 3 days. During our initial interview with them, they walked us through several options to consider selling our home. The data also included significant current and past market details with photo comparisons we were not aware of. During our second meeting, they had an extremely detailed marketing plan assembled that included selling our house for Top Dollar. This included staging our house with their professional in house crew to create a super attractive home buyers environment.In addition, they provided and paid for a state licensed home inspection and termite inspection to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted selling & buying experience for all. Afterwards, they provided a licensed handyman for a full day at our house to fix and repair most of the issues that was indicated by their home inspector.
