When my wife and I began our home search, we were agent-less and haphazardly driving around open houses we had found on various home-buying apps. After one day, we decided we needed an agent! Sarah reached out to my wife via Facebook's Temecula Talk and I was immediately impressed by her tenacity and knowledge of the local market. It didn't take long for us to decide she needed to be our agent. From then on, she spent every almost every weekend for nearly three months showing us homes until we finally found the one we loved and we were ready to make an offer. As the market slowed and our sale was nearing close, we thought we were a shoe-in with our offer. However, we weren't the only ones that loved the house; there were multiple other offers.
