Helen was amazing to work with! I happened to be out on maternity leave from work while house hunting. Helen arranged showings for me, made sure to leave plenty of time at the showing and in between showings so I could feed/change our new baby as needed without feeling rushed, and on the houses I gave the initial OK on, she arranged follow up showings so that my husband could see the house too. When we found the house we fell in love with, she had the idea for us to write a letter to the sellers and we managed to get the house even though there had been another offer made. She really listened to what we wanted in a house, didn't try to "upsell" us from our budget, and didn't waste our time showing us places that didn't meet our criteria. I know we weren't, but Helen absolutely made us feel like we were her only clients. She was just so great to work with, and I would highly recommend her for anybody looking for a real estate professional.
