Ashley is AMAZING. A few things that really stand out about her: 1) She is extremely knowledgeable about the market, whether you are a buyer or a seller. Ashley provided a wealth of insight for my situation, and always clearly explained pros/cons, as well as made awesome suggestions. 2) Listened to my preferences! I didn?t even know what I preferred when I started my housing search, but as we looked at more properties, she picked up quickly on my patterns to learn what I gravitated towards. I really REALLY appreciated that. 3) Punctual! Ashley was always at appointments before me. Always on time, always responsive, reliable, and really thorough with everything. That made the process feel so easy. 4) Great network of people to help! Ashley knows the Utah market so well that she also knows a lot of other reliable contacts. For example, she put me in contact with a good handyman, my lender, and was even able to have her business partner let me into a house while she was out of town on vacation. I really think this is a crucial part of the real estate process, and as a client, it removes so much stress and worry. Lastly, Ashley is just all around strong, fun, and I?ll actually miss going to see houses with her!

I am a small real estate investor and have purchased, sold and own a number of properties in Southern California and here in Salt Lake city valley. Based on that I have dealt with a number of realtors including Ashley which I have gone through few transactions here in SLC. During my recent purchase of a three story rental property in down town SLC I truly saw her talent which made me realize why I keep going back to her when I need help with selling or buying a home. This last transaction was one of the toughest purchases that I have experienced. This was a challenging property with lots of permitting, construction, and legal issues and an un cooperative sellers. Armed with her knowledge of market, her experience, and negotiating skills she was my Lion Lady. I was happy to have her on my side, and was impressed to say the least. I have recommended her to few friends and will continue doing so.

Ashley was a friend long before she ever was my realtor, and Im very lucky to have her as both. Aside from all her personal great qualities that have made us close for over 10 years, she also took me on as a client and because of that I was able to purchase my first home, which I love more each and every day. her patience and professionalism in dealing with me; a first time buyer who wasnt exactly sure what he wanted or was getting himself into, was exactly what I needed in a realtor. She took me throughout the entire process, and never once did I feel pressured or pushed into doing something I wasnt comfortable with. I cannot give enough praise about Ashley - but I?ll try to do her justice. She has been so knowledgeable, available, competent and attentive. We were first time home buyers and she explained everything in simple terms for us. I hardly had to ask questions, I swear she could just see the questions written on my face. She helped us every step of the way, eased our anxieties, and was always willing to be our advocate. In the buying process, she was always asking the agents/sellers the hard questions that my husband and I were too timid to ask. Even during our initial and final walk through, she was pointing things out to fix that I didn?t even notice.
