I can't express in just a few words how awesome my experience with "PK" has been. From a moments notice, literally within an hour of needing to make an offer on a house... I had paperwork signed, and my bid submitted. Phil stayed on top of this like it was his very own purchase, looking out for my best interest from beginning to end... And still continues to follow up to be sure every last detail is taken care of. I can't say enough positive things about Phil, from his upbeat and positive personality, to his knowledge of not only the real estate industry, but of the local area in general. He's provided me with places to go, things to see, as well as places to avoid ...lol. Any referral of a place to eat or visit, or person that he's referred for my homeowner needs has not failed me yet. I'm so thankful and blessed to have been able to work with Phil.... We were selling my mother-in-law's house and live 1,000 miles away. Phil met with us at our convenience to consider what needed to be done to get the house ready to show. In just over two months over the fall, an acceptable offer was received; we pushed the price up a little bit which was accepted and was the highest price per square foot received since the Great Recession began in that development. We had only two weeks from acceptance to closing. After the buyers completed the house inspection, there were several relatively small items to take care of; Phil got a contractor in to take care of them and got the termite and HVAC inspections done. He even helped us pack the truck to get the remaining household items out and made several trips to the dump to get rid of stuff so that we could close on-time, three days before Christmas, with a satisfied buyer.
