Amy was a blessing and a joy to work with. She's very knowledgeable, personable, a great listener, always available (text, emails), time conscious and always willing to provide her personal perspective. As first time home buyers, we were scared of the process but Amy made it easy/smooth and enjoyable by walking us through every step of the process. She provided a very helpful cheat sheet with timelines and steps in the entire home buying process. She also provided contact details related to; lenders, home insurance, home inspection and contractors; which took a huge burden off our shoulders. She guided us through a competitive bid which ultimately won and we are now happy homeowners. When it came to the closing process, Amy was our voice/advocate (tirelessly working with the lender and the attorney) while keeping us apprised on what was going on. On closing day, the final closing disclosure had some errors which resulted in a higher Cash-to-Close amount. Amy quickly identified the error (based on her years of experience). She even had to educated the attorney on what needed to be done before we could sign. Her knowledge of the home buying process is exceptional and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy/sell in the Charlotte market. In my opinion, she's the BEST Realtor in the Charlotte market.Amy went over and above our expectations and we're so thankful and privileged to have worked with her.

This is the second time we've used Amy to sell a house and we couldn't recommend her more. She does a masterful job staging a home to make it look like a model home and it works! We lived in a transitional neighborhood and figured, even in a hot Charlotte market, it would take a few weeks to sell. We were wrong! Amy staged the house, brought in a professional photographer, posted it as no show to get interest and then did appointments on Saturday when traffic is normally high. It worked like a charm - we had 11 appointments and two offers including one above asking on the first day. Amy isn't just skilled at getting you an offer - she is great at walking you through every step that follows - accepting the offer, preparing your house for inspection, moving, etc. She has handy FAQ type documents that are perfect for new sellers (or experienced ones). If you want a good offer on your home quickly - Amy is the person to hire.
