Dan and Heather are a wealth of information. Both go above and beyond in providing assistance. We were impressed at our first meeting with Dan, and he has continued to impress. He is extremely professional and has the knowledge of the area, which we needed to help with our initial lot purchase and subsequent contract to sell the same. During the interim, he provided us with excellent ideas to improve the property, plus put us in touch with individuals to assist with the improvements. HIGHLY recommend Dan. When we subsequently wanted to sell our lot, we contacted Dan and he immediately had a buyer in mind. Although we have not closed, yet, we were able to enter into the Contract within one day from the time we contacted Dan. No unanticipated delay in closing, just waiting for buyer to receive closing funds.

Top Notch. Dan did a tremendous job as the listing agent. I researched and interviewed the top agents in the area. He was the 6th agent that I interviewed, and he impressed from the start. He was professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He staged areas of the house inside and out at his own expense, he spent multiple hours placing furniture, art, and floral arrangements, rearranging until it looked perfect. He has been gathering home staging items for years, and his clients reap the benefits. These services would cost thousands if you hired a independent staging company. The house went under contract quickly, he communicated well throughout the process and he answers the phone when you call. I have bought and sold multiple homes, I have been an agent, a property manger, and investor. I have dealt with many agents over the years. Dan goes above and beyond like no agent I have ever seen. My house was under $400,000. He had several listings for over $1,000,000 at the same time, but I always felt prioritized. Dan was not my first call, but he was my last.
