Sue was an absolutely superb agent for us. She has the patience of a saint. We looked at homes with her twice a year for about 3 years. At the time, we lived in SW Florida, but spent the summer and fall in Maine. This, of course, necessitated travel, so every spring and every fall, we would stop on the way back and forth and she would show us homes, talk about the area, give us pros and cons on areas to live, find out from us about what the most important things we wanted in a home, etc. She showed us houses we found online even though she knew we would not like the house once we saw it. She understood that part of the process was seeing all kinds of homes to help us focus on what we really would be happiest with. There was never any pressure whatsoever and over a 3 year period, that's remarkable. She knows this area very, very well which helped us a lot. Once we finally settled on a home, she negotiated a terrific price for us. She also was there with us every step of the way to closing. She was very efficient and well organized, very professional in all aspects of our contact with her, yet also kind and just fun to be with. We couldn't have been more pleased--Sue is terrific!
