I have worked with Ann twice now; once when buying our first home, and once when selling that home 3 years layer. Ann had excellent communication and response time to me in both processes. During buying and selling with Ann, she helped provide me with guidance and recommendations on who to partner with for different aspects of my home care and maintenance needs, and she always acted as a voice for me to ensure I was getting to best options during the process. During the 3 years after buying our first home, Ann had continued her gold standard customer service by dropping off baked goods every holiday season and mailing cards throughout the year for our home buying anniversary and such. She is extremely down to earth and professional at the same time, and I always felt like she had full transparency with me on all levels of the process. I would stand by Ann for all of my home needs going forward and was highly recommended her!

I cannot begin to express how great my experience was with the Allen Edge team, specifically Ashley Metzger. Ashley stuck with us as we contemplated buying new, building custom, and finally landing on a home that was a complete 180.
