I have both bought and sold a house with Logan so I have both sides of real estate transaction experience with him. Buying: I found a house online that was perfect and had everything we were looking for, but unfortunately it was already under contract. He contacted me anyway and asked what we had liked about It and what our general budget was and said he would let me know if he found anything. It wasn't but a couple days later and I get an email from Logan about a house 3-4 houses down from the one we had just looked at with everything we were looking for and more and at a better value! I would have never found it online on my own as quickly as he did. And thats a good thing too because we were the second people to make an offer on the same day it went on the market. Selling: This is where it gets interesting! Logan knew exactly what needed to get done to sell my house at the price point that I wanted. Not only that, but he had the right connections to get everything done! Oh, and he's not afraid to get his hands dirty either! Good luck finding a another realtor that's willing to do that!

Logan is hands down the best realtor in the state of Texas. He made the process of purchasing our first home an absolute breeze. He is available and responsive via call or text and handled all of our paperwork on his end electronically which is extremely convenient. He is very knowledgeable of the city and different neighborhoods around town. We visited a few homes prior to finding the one we purchased and he was there to tour the homes with us (even on weekends which I hated to ask of him). We came to an open house on a Sunday afternoon, toured, and talked to the owner for quite some time prior to leaving the residence. We stood outside and chatted with Logan for a few more minutes before deciding to make an offer. Logan drew up all of the contract documents that afternoon and we had an accepted offer early Tuesday. He negotiated all of the details and easily navigated us though the rather intimidating home buying process. I will recommend him to all of my friends and family that are looking for an experienced and easy to work with realtor. Fantastic realtor and an even better person. 10/10 would recommend.
