Kevin helped us purchase our first home in the spring of 2014. At first we attempted the process on our own and were hesitant about using an agent because we thought buyers had to pay them. After months of no success Kevin contacted us when we sent in a general inquiry to Realty Austin. He listened to our needs, helped us figure out a budget, and told us what areas to look at and where to avoid. He drove us everywhere and made us feel like his most important client. It was only about a month from our first meeting with Kevin until we signed the papers for our home. The real estate market at that time in Austin was incredibly competitive with houses selling within days of being listed. We had to compete with two other buyers on our home and Kevin's tactics and negation skills helped us win the bid without having to go over asking. He also didn't drop out of our lives once closing was done. We had an issue with our AC seven months after our purchase and the home warranty company denied the repair. We contacted Kevin and within a few hours he sorted the mess out and the warranty company paid for the repair. I highly recommend Kevin to anyone and plan to use him if we decide to sell our home.
