Our experience with Brian was fantastic, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone. Without his knowledge and persistence I don't think we would have been able to get under contract on a home in this crazy market. My wife and I were looking to get our first home after moving to Utah a couple years ago, and we did not have a lot of cash on hand. People like us are just not getting into homes right now. All the information that Brian gave us from start to finish was 100% accurate on the market and what we needed to go to have a shot at a home. We had a strong pre-approval for well above out budget, but Brian was very straight forward with us and explained that it was going to be tough with buyers coming in with cash to gap appraisals, and he was 100% correct. He helped us work our offers to be as competitive as our budget would allow, and he helped us put in several offers in a very short timespan. His understanding of the market was completely correct though, and it was tough to get an offer accepted. The house we ended up getting was actually one we drove by and saw the For Sale sign. We really liked it, but found out that it was already under contract. Still, Brian got in contact with the realtor and managed to get us in to look at it. They said that they were accepting backup offers and so we decided to go for it. Even though the odds were so slim, Brian worked with the selling agent to make sure that our offer was competitive enough to get us into first position behind the accepted offer. He stayed focus on it giving updates and info even though we were putting out other offers. Even working late at night during his family vacation! We were elated when we got the call that the original offer had dropped out and we were ready to go under contract with the house! We are now closed and getting moved in, and we couldn't be happier. I genuinely think that if we had gone with another realtor, we would still be renting right now.
