I highly recommend Brad Neimann to anyone who is in the market of buying or selling a home. I just recently purchased my first home so anyone who has ever purchased a home remembers that first, nerve-racking experience. You feel almost helpless because of your lack of knowledge of all the processes and procedures. Brad answered all my questions and helped me understand the home buying process. I had been somewhat looking for a home for several months, and Brad was patient and never pushy. I told him what I was looking for and that I would let him know when I was ready to start looking. The home I purchased was only on the market for two days the first time around. I did not get a chance to look at it, and I felt like I had missed it. I told Brad how much I liked the house and that if the sell fell through to let me know. My coworker was neighbors with the previous owners, and I mentioned the same thing to her. A couple months later Brad contacted me stating the financing fell through, and the house was going back on the market. My coworker texted me about 5 minutes later saying the same thing. That is how "on top" Brad was with the situation. I made an appointment with him to look at the house the next day, and two months later I am sitting in the kitchen of my new home typing this review. Brad's knowledge and expertise in the real estate field is quite impressive. He is very professional and friendly but most importantly, it is obvious how much he loves his career and helping others make their dreams come true. Thank you, Brad! We love our new home!
