If you are reading this review, then you are looking to learn more about Wade and his team at Alethes Realty. Let me give you the in short...he is your guy and Alethes is as legit as it comes. Yes, Wade is smart, knows the area better than anyone, honest, kind and savvy. And the team at Alethes are a complete package of knowledge, integrity, market intelligence and wholesomeness. But, what mattered to us was the fact that Wade and his colleagues cared about us and really looked out for our best interest.I recall early in the house hunting process when Wade said to us, aEUR~I cant sell you a home....He didnt finish that sentence, because he didnt have to. We got it. He was providing us direction and expertise, but wasnt pushing us. Wade didnt try to sell us a home, he led us to the perfect home for us and we bought it with the input of him and his team. That is something we can never put a price point on and there arent enough stars to properly state how much we value what they did for us. And just for some background, we moved here from NY and were buying our first family home. We had lots of different ideas of the types of homes and properties we wanted to buy and wanted to see them all. Wade showed them all to us (I lost count of how many, but he showed every one we wanted and never judged us being a bit aEUR~all over the place as they say). He let us work through the process, gave us great guidance throughout and always managed to keep us on point while not feeling pressured. Wade knew it was important to us to find our forever home and he never made us feel rushed and looked out for us ensuring we didnt make a bad or rash decision. He took the time, let us see various options and then when we arrived at our aEUR~final home, he said the perfect thing. He said, aEUR~sounds like you found your home.Yup, we did. We congratulated ourselves after we moved it, but in reality Wade is the person to congratulate. We didnt find this on our own, Wade made it happen. His knowledge of the area and real estate, the leadership team (Brent and Brad are awesome!) he works with and his genuineness as a person are the best.So yeah, to repeat, Wade is your guy and we are forever thankful to him and Alethes. :)
