We were selling our home of 15 years and, as anyone who has moved knows, it is a very stressful time. I interviewed 5 realtors after having a bad experience with our last home sale. It was well worth the effort. While they were all good realtors, I felt we were in a particular window of time as a seller that we wanted the realtor who would treat the sale of our home as if she were selling her own home. Susana Murphy is that person. While our home was updated and in good shape, she understood we were not just selling our home but our location. Susana was spot on as to how to tweak the look of home to make it truly shine and it did. We feel Susana has brought selling a home into the 21st century. She understands the market and what works and doesn't work and how to generate interest with the right buyers. 1 Open House was a perfect strategy and how she reaches out to generate the interest in the house was terrific. Susana and her team are a real pleasure to work with and the experience of working with a boutique firm vs one of the big franchises was an eye opener.
