Our buying circumstances were...unusual, without delving into boring details. There was great urgency up front, and then the lull of waiting for paperwork. Kimberly quickly understood our goal and priorities, and managed the process accordingly, ensuring we were under contract as quickly as possible even though we were eight time zones away for two weeks just as the process started. She acted as our eyes and ears when we were unavailable, and communicated frequently and clearly.Her network of related professionals (title, finance, etc.) performed exceptionally, and even as the closing process encountered numerous issues (the house was listed as connected to city sewer, but we learned a few days before closing that it wasnt; we learned an hour before closing the house was VERY far from the promised broom clean condition), Kimberly came up with smart solutions that allowed things to move forward without jeopardizing the process as a whole.Kimberlys positive outlook throughout the process made a stressful circumstance much easier to navigate!

Kimberly knows how to HUSTLE.. and that is exactly what I want in any real estate agent that I work with. She puts her heart and soul into anything that she does, and through the entire process (of both selling of my home and the buying of a new one) Ive always felt like her number one priority.
