Kimberly Wade is an amazing realtor. She helped me with the sale of my condo and purchase of my new house. She is personable, accessible and she gets results. Kimberly first saw my condo when I reached out to her in March to look at a house that I ultimately did not put an offer on. She wanted to list my condo and gave me good advice but I was not ready to make a move. Kimberly set me up with a website that fed me properties tailored to my needs and left me alone for the winter, telling me to call her when Im ready. I finally was ready several months later and she went into action mode right away. We saw several properties and she made herself available whenever I called. When we ultimately found my home, she advised me on the offer and it was accepted. She listed my condo on a Saturday and sold it the next day after having a packed open house. She and her photographer staged my condo asking me to remove some stuff and put other stuff in different locations. It looked so good in the listing photos that I had second thoughts about moving. Was that really my condo and why didnt have it set up like this for the last 6 years? In one day we had two offers above asking price and Kimberly sat with me to go over the pros and cons of each well into the evening. When I bought my house she made the offer and got me under contract on July 4th, while I was at a lake celebrating the holiday. She is literally always working. My experience with Kimberly was fantastic. I felt like I was her only client for the period of time we scrambled to make it all happen. I have recommended her to everyone I know looking to sell or buy and I would use her again tomorrow without reservation. She will sell your home and put you into the home of your dreams. Promise.

Kimberly is the gold medalist of realtors! We found our dream home when our former home wasnt even on the market - and knew that wed need a few different miracles to pull off the sale/purchase of both. With Kimberlys help, in the span of a week, we were able to go under contract on our dream home, prep/list our old home, host an open house so packed with buyers that we had to schedule an overflow open house the next day, and field multiple at-or-above asking offers.
