Kim was a life saver for us. While our search for the perfect home took longer than we had expected, Kim was extremely patient and showed us over 20 homes. Throughout the process, Kim did a remarkable job at getting back to us immediately, regardless of the hour or day with the answers to our endless questions. She kept the positivity vibes coming when we were frustrated, and made sure that we knew that we would get there eventually. When we found the home of our dreams, we all knew it as soon as we walked outside to huddle up to discuss. As we drove away from the showing, Kim went right to work in making sure that we got it, even though it was 9 oclock at night. By 10 am the next morning we had an agreement, and 45 days later we were moving into our dream home. Kimberly was recommended to us by a close friend when we were looking to sell our house and I?m so glad we ended up going with her. She has a very positive attitude and is a genuinely nice person. She always had a ?can do? attitude and we always felt like she had our best interests in mind. She is super reachable, very responsive and really made our first experience with selling a house as stress free as I believe it could have been. We had lots of questions all the time and she never hesitated to answer every single one of them without making us feel even a little bit ridiculous for asking them. There were a lot of components (we were still finishing up some house projects, time restrictions, house sale contingencies etc) to us selling our house and she worked through them all with ease and confidence. I definitely feel like she went above and beyond and would absolutely recommend her, without any hesitation, to my closest friends and family.
