Kyle is the bestest. Me and the wife are first time home buyers/owners now. Kyle walked us through the whole process. He recommended local companies for inspections, insurance, and once we got into town... Eatieries... That's right we bought from out of state, site unseen! From KY to FLO. Kyle made it easy with video walk throughs, and his own inspection with pictures to accompany. It felt like he was holding our hand all the way through the entire process. Buying a house I felt would be a lot harder than it was but with Kyle there at any time I needed it was a cinch. When we first started the process and found a house that suited our needs, Kyle even left being with his mom on Mothers day to make it happen. I didn't expect him to do that, but it was another surprise that showed his dedication. If I had to do it all over again I would definitely use Kyle again and recommend him to anyone new or not new homeowners! Thanks Kyle!
