First let me start off with the most important part, you will NEVER find a realtor as PERFECT as Rochelle. This is going to be long but with such an important decision I feel its best to give as much information as possible We first worked with Rochelle when we were moving from Washington State back to the Charleston area. We talked for months before we even met in person. Rochelle sent me links to homes that were available so that both she could get a better idea of what I wanted and I could get a better idea of what was available in the area. She also met with my mother in law for a weekend and showed her houses for us in case we wanted to buy sight unseen. When both my husband and I finally PCSd to the Charleston area we spent a while looking and it really did come down to the wire. We had an extensive list of what we wanted and did not want. She never showed us anything above the budget we had set unless we asked. Rochelle is very big on trying to make sure you dont go house poor. In the end she guided us through the process very well considering we came in when the market was INSANE. My husband and I put in official offers on 2 homes at asking and paying our own closing that was not accepted and tried a third that had accepted an offer as we were touring the house. We ultimately ended up building in one of the many developments that were being built, and with that she made sure we got exactly what we wanted there as well. She was with us the whole process. So fast forward a couple years, my husband is now getting out of the military I have a young child just over 1 and a newborn. We have been telling her for months that we were planning to put the house up for sale, I originally thought in August but I was still pregnant and did not want to be moving before I gave birth. So once December/January came around my Husband has accepted a job offer in Arkansas and the company will help pay for your Relocation. Part of that is that you have to use an Agent registered with them. I and my husband already knew that we wanted to work with Rochelle on selling our house so we had asked the Relocation Company if it was possible to use her. Once we received the ok we asked if she would be up to working with the company for selling the house. Rochelle gladly accepted even with all the hoops she had to jump though and guided us through a confusing process from them smoothly. Part of the process is that you have to get another agents opinion on the house. The person they sent from another company was amazing talker I will admit and if we did not already have Rochelle in mind probably would have went with that person ( you will see why that would have been a mistake) So here we are mid-January we finally got the movers to show up and pack up the house. Rochelle thankfully got her photographer out to the house before it was a complete mess and helped move stuff around for pictures since my newborns stuff was everywhere (to say I was a stressed mom at the moment was a understatement) 4 days later as the last of the stuff was going on to the truck I was loading up the car with my animals and children to head to Florida to be with family and my Husband was heading to Arkansas to find a house for us and start his new job. On the way down the House was FINALLY live. Rochelle was amazing at getting us to this spot with everything that had to be done, we were now not even in the same state for any of the rest. Once the house listed there was an Issue within the community itself that slowed down the selling of houses, Covid fears and learning to adapt to the new normal with everything shutting down. There were also a large number of people within our sub division also selling at the same time that was giving us more computation on selling the house quickly. Rochelle helped keep my nerves at bay even when a freak tornado came through and took out a window. She was there as soon as it was safe assessing the damage and calling people to come have it fixed. She handled all of this except the payment. With Rochelles Guidance we decided to repaint the house and she helped us there as well to find a cost effective and reputable person to do so. Fast forward a little more and now we have finally received two offers which were really Low balled, BUT she gave us all the information to make proper counters if we choose to or to accept the choice was our without any pressure. Ultimately we decided to counter a fair offer. A week later we finally received an over asking offer that she worked with the agent on showing the house through video chat. Once the inspection was completed there were some items we needed to be fixed or proof that it was actually in working order. Rochelle again went ABOVE and BEYOND what I would have expected anyone else to do. She was there in person over so many days meeting with the people letting them in being there the whole time to make sure the job was right and even fixing somethings so

We have worked with Rochelle twice now. The first time, she helped us buy the house, that obviously God wanted us in. We were in the same buying power as the 'investors' like, which caused us to be outbid multiple times. We placed offers on at least 10 houses, they kept falling through, and even when I was exasperated, she never gave up, driving me all over town, finally finding a house that was perfect for what we needed. The closing simply proved to us how much God wanted us in that house.The second time, she sold that house so we could move on, for $3k over asking, before it ever hit the MLS. She helped us figure out exactly what was needed to make it a buyers dream without spending a fortune.She's always kind, answers anything, even crazy questions that have obvious answers- with diligent patience. We can't wait to work with her again soon to buy our forever and ever home.
