Ranjani Ravi is so blissful to work with. As first-time home buyers, we had a myriad of questions at each step of the way. Being a novice buyer in this market, I was worried about the millions of steps and calculations required before the actual buy takes place. Thanks to Ranjani, each of those steps have been extremely easy and stress-free to process. She initially helped by providing the right set of information required before viewing houses, post that she gave valid suggestions, categorized the pros and cons for each house, I chose for viewing. Once I selected the house, she showed due diligence in verifying the background of the property and dexterity in putting the bid. She helped me in winning the bid against 4 other bids. She has a good network of reliable people in every field required for buying a house. Overall, I believe, Ranjani has been an extremely reliable friend, while purchasing my first house.
