Where to start! Edgar is everything that should be expected when dealing with a Real Estate Professional. From his quick responsiveness and follow through to every question, to his constant reassurance throughout closing, he is truly the "Gold Standard" for Real Estate Agents and should be emulated in every aspect. Edgar was extremely helpful with our search for our perfect property, showing us various properties and giving his true and honest thoughts on each. The property we ended up purchasing, a recommendation from Edgar, ended up being a true diamond in a sea of rocks. When approaching a house purchase, a million questions are on your mind at any given second, it can be extremely overwhelming at times. However, when approaching Edgar with my laundry list of concerns, I never heard the words "I don't know" and was always met with a calm demeanor, eager to help.
