We chose Paige to help us in the sale of this home because she did such an outstanding job for us when we purchased a home upon first moving to Mass. She is knowledgeable about good, safe neighborhoods and steered us away from homes that might be more unsafe due to our children and the location. By using her knowledge to help us choose a good location (we were completely unfamiliar with this area having moved from the western part of the country) we had better success in selling our home during a time when the market was not good. Paige did an awesome job helping us to choose an asking price that would work for us but also move the property quickly due to our unexpected, last minute move. As a result, we had two offers on our first showing and during a time when appraisals are coming back considerably low ours came back right where we needed it to be...no need for renegotiation. We would highly recommend Paige to anyone needing help buying or selling. She is dedicated, prompt getting back with answers, knowledgeable and hard working.
