I first heard of Paige from a home inspector I hired to inspect my home prior to listing it. I had not contacted an agent yet and I thought the home inspector would probably be able to recommend one and he only gave me one name, Paige's. I contacted Paige and she met with my wife and I to discuss the sale of our house. She was very professional and said she would provide a market analysis in a couple of days. We met with her again and she provided a very detailed description of what we should list the house for. We decided to list with Paige and she was very helpful in the sale of our house. We received multiple offers and she presented them to us with a recommendation of the strongest three offers. Paige made the whole process run smoothly.We also bought our new house through Paige, she has great local knowledge of the area and provided valuable insight on each home we saw listed, so we were able to only go to open houses for homes that would work for us. She also recommended a lawyer and a loan officer and we were very happy with them.Paige is a true professional, real estate is what she does and it shows. Buying and selling a house is stressful and Paige made it as stress free as possible. When we sell our current house, we will list it with Paige.
