We were living in Missouri In 2012 and were looking for a home in Manchester, TN to be near to our daughter and her family. Our daughter recommended Vicky to us and after interviewing her on the telephone, we asked Vicky to be our real estate agent to help us find a new home. That was one of the smartest decisions we have ever made. We researched online for homes we thought we might be interested in looking at and Vicky was willing to look at those homes with our daughter and our son-in-law. After the three of them narrowed the number of homes of interest down to about 6, we came to TN to look at the homes with Vicky and our daughter. After we settled on one home we liked well enough to make an offer, Vicky helped us by suggesting an initial offer and subsequent offers and we bought the home. Throughout this whole process Vicky was very professional and impressed us with her knowledge and abilities. She is very friendly, thoughtful and knows this area very well. She helped us close on the house without us coming back to TN. She knows the best people in Manchester for any need and still helps us yet today if we call up on her. She is also a good Christian and we consider that to important too. If we were ever to sell or buy property again we would definitely ask her to be our real estate agent.
