I have to tell you, and I hope you read this, because this was my experience. I found a house on Zillow that was just listed on foreclosure. Contacted her on a Saturday afternoon using the Zillow Android App (she works 7 days a week!). She was able to get me in the house to view it the next day, on a SUNDAY! I decided to place a bid on the house, so we worked together and the bid was put in Tuesday morning (2 days after viewing). Ended up winning the house. During the paperwork process with the bank/lenders etc. which I will not name out of respect, she was on them like white on rice! When they gave me a quote of thousands of dollars of taxes that would be in escrow, she jumped on them to get it fixed NOW! She is fast to respond to emails or text or calls missed. On closing day, I was extremely sick, so she sat beside me and helped me understand what I was signing. In the early days of the house purchase, she told me "Don't worry, I will hold your hand all the way through the process...". To me, that made me feel better. And on the last day she really stood in there and "held my hand through the process". She isn't pushy like a car salesman, she is realistic and down to earth. Very friendly and is almost like a body guard against any other people in the process that might try and scam you. I would NEVER use anyone else other than Debbie. Give her a shot, if you don't like her you don't have to use her until you sign the papers promising to use her. She's outstanding!
