Audra has been wonderful in helping us in a search for a home in coastal Oregon. We live in California, and have only visited once, and on that day she gave us undivided attention in taking us around to as many house showings as we wanted to see. If we saw a property in passing that interested us, she immediately arranged so we could see it. She totally understands what we are looking for, changes direction easily when we think of something more, and has continued to send us great listings when we returned home. She knows in detail the communities and neighborhoods from Yachats up past Newport. She also can point out the reality of a home's flaws and its good points. She is very pleasant and comfortable to be around, and has had total patience with us. Although we haven't chosen a home yet to put an offer on, we have total trust that we will find the perfect place for us soon with all of Audra's hard work.

Audra Powell is the best real estate agent I've ever had. It took 3 months for us to find the house we wanted to buy and during that time, we became well-aquainted with Audra. She never rushed our decision or pressured us to buy a house we weren't sure about. She answered our questions factually and honestly. She did a lot of research for us and even went to city hall a few times to check on easements and property lines. She called utility companies, obtained quotes on repairs and construction, set up inspections... and she did all this with a speed and diligence I found admirable and inspiring in this day and age. Audra prepared all our paperwork very quickly and efficiently and was always available to us when we needed help completing forms and signing documents, plus she is a skilled negotiator who we trusted to represent us. She has many contacts in the real estate business and knows a lot of people in the local area, so she is a great source for references and information. I highly recommend Audra to anyone looking for a real estate agent in the Newport area.
