Working with Audra Powell as my real estate agent was without question one of the most pleasant, positive, and professional experiences of my life! Audra has such a refined understanding of the central Oregon coastal market from years of experience that she was often able to tell me about most of the houses I was researching just with the listings from her having been on the property and knowing the history of quite a few the homes. She gave me virtual tours of properties when needed, socially distanced and showed me the homes I was most interested in, and her insights and observations were so helpful and accurate in calling out concerns, highlighting benefits, and empowering me to know what I was getting into and finding a match for my ideal home. She caught a couple of things inspectors missed (wow!) and was consistently available, responsive, and was kind and understanding for the entire process. She coordinated with my lender, helped set up inspections and updates, and was thoroughly engaged in the process from the moment I contacted her to close (and after!). We had a professional relationship and yet the whole time felt like a good friend helping me to find my dream home, which we were able to do! There were a couple of times I did have to be patient to hear back from her - because she was helping other clients, however she communicated with me consistently even sometimes if needed on weekends and early mornings and later into the evening. I am so so happy with Audra and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home on the central Oregon coast. In summary, Audra's work and support in me buying my first home was absolutely amazing - and it literally positively changed my life!
