We have worked with Shannan twice - first, when we bought our house in Port Orchard and then again when we sold it 7 years later - and both experiences were great. I contacted Shannan after doing a simple Google Search and found that she had outstanding reviews from others. She did not disappoint. This was my first time selling a home. Upon our first meeting, she walked me through her marketing strategy and she also explained to me the overall process of selling a home. Additionally, she discussed options with me on how to maximize profits. After our first meeting she referred me to contractors for work that needed addressed, which was very useful given that I didn't have experience with contractors in the area. Her contacts were professional and completed things in a much more timely and cost-effective manner than others I had contacted to receive other bids. She maintained support throughout the home-selling process and when we listed, we received a total of 12 offers and had the home in escrow within a week. She clearly has good relationships with both area lenders and those who work at the title company, which I imagine also helped the project move along in a timely fashion. I would recommend her to any friend or family member. Really, you don't need to look any further. I am beyond happy with having had her as my realtor.
