I've bought two homes through Matt Ogden and sold one. Matt is extremely knowledgeable about the Northern KY / Greater Cincinnati area. He was able to not just advise on the validity of asking prices for local areas but in several instances provide recommendations block by block. His insight into what updates / renovations would add easy value to a home were very useful. When a job offer required I relocate less than two years after buying the first house through Matt, I sought his advice on how to avoid from losing too much money in a depressed market. Even in the 2007 conditions and only having had the house for less than two years, I still sold the place 29% above purchase price. I fully expected to lose my shirt on that one. When the same job brought me back to the Cincinnati area I didn't hesitate to call Matt when I was ready to buy again.
