Wish I could give Jonathan 10 stars! Best thing about him, is his communication. Right away opens a direct and available line to get a hold of him whenever you have a question. Really listened to us when we were looking for specific details, for example, wanted to be near an elementary school for my children, he was always taking notes when we would go into an open house, and I truly appreciate that because it shows he cares about what his clients look for and need. He anticipated almost our every need, and took care of all the details. He really knows this process inside and out. His team is very knowledgeable, and made this process a breeze! Zero hiccups. He was able to negotiate our home 25k below asking price, and didnt mind having the tough conversation with the selling agent. Definitely recommend Jonathan, and will be keeping his number to give out to all my friends and family!

Me and my family started our home buying journey a year ago with a different agent that ended up wasting 2-3 months of our time. Fortunately, I had a friend that was related to Jonathan and I asked if she could get me in contact with him. Jonathan contacted me as soon as he knew we were in need of help and I have to say that was probably the best decision we made. During our first phone call I remember emphasizing to Jonathan that our previous agent was not giving us the proper attention we needed. Throughout the whole process of selling our old home and getting into our new one, Jonathan gave us every bit of reassurance each time we bugged him about something. It's the little details that Jonathan pays attention to that makes him so great at what he does! If I were to describe our journey of selling and purchasing, I would say that it was a rollercoaster because there were definitely high points and low points in terms of emotions. However, Jonathan was there through it all to guide us, especially when we needed it the most. We would not be where we are without him, so on that note we want to thank you again, Jonathan!
