I began working with Jessica Lovell three months ago when she responded to a Zillow property inquiry I made. Ever the consummate professional, Jessica quickly exhibited her knowledge and understanding of the housing market as well as her attention to detail. As I explained to Jessica, the home I was searching for was going to be the last property I would buy so price, location, walk score, property age, HOA fees, number of beds, 2 car garage, fenced back yard for my pet, no evacuation and no flood zone were important factors in my choice. Jessica only showed me properties that met my requirements and in the end, she helped me find even more than I had been looking for. The most important traits of a good realtor, per Kaplan are: attention to detail; engaging personality; hustle and tenacity; honesty and integrity; problem solving mindset; self-motivated; truly interested in the properties presented. Jessica exhibits all of those capabilities and she does so with diplomacy and graciousness.
