I contacted Heather about a year ago. I live in California and was interested in buying a vacation home in the greater FT. Lauderdale area. However, except for vacationing along the beach, I knew very little about the various communities. Before suggesting any listings to look at, Heather spent countless hours educating me about the the many differing areas of Ft. Lauderdale and the surrounding cities. She also helped me define exactly what I was looking for and what type of property/neighborhood would best fit my needs. Once the search began, Heather proved to be extremely organized and efficient which aloud me to view as many properties as possible without feeling rushed. It was obvious immediately that Heather is not interested in a quick sale, but would rather invest the time to make sure her clients find exactly what they are looking for. Living in California, it was difficult for me to fly to Florida every time a new listing hit the market. In those cases, Heather would schedule a video tour which allowed me to tour the property from 3,000 miles away. In fact, I was shown the house I ended up buying via a virtual tour. I had so much faith in Heather that I entered escrow before seeing the house in person. I am 100% satisfied with my purchase and feel I ended up with the perfect property. I have bought and sold about twenty properties in my life, both residential and commercial, and Heather is absolutely the best agent I have ever had the pleasure to work with!
