I literally don't have enough space to write about all the good things I have experienced while working with Chris Siegel. My wife and I have never had this type of experience using a realtor. For one, he made us feel like we were his only client (we weren't by a long shot). He went above and beyond in EVERY situation to make sure we were taken well care of. Chris listed our home in Newnan and represented us in the purchase of another home in Newnan. Flawless transaction! Our standard was high and our situation was near impossible. Chris pulled it off with grace! I will never use another agent. I have recommended him to many others. I don't know that I have met a more polite, honest and generous person. Yet, he fought for us every step of the way. He was worth way more than the commission he received!! Hands down, the best realtor in Coweta county!!

We met Chris during an open house that he was hosting. He immediately recommended a house around the corner from the house that he was showing that he knew was coming on the market. The next day he had arranged a showing for us. We were the first ones to view it. Although we didnt buy that house, he immediately followed up with other suggestions. Chris showed us several other houses within the next few weeks. We made offers on two houses above asking price, but we were outbid. Chris read about a house on Zillow that was coming on the market in 3-4 weeks. He didnt wait and called the listing agent and arranged to show it to us the same day. We immediately made an offer an it was accepted. Chris walked us through every step of the buying process. So, in closing it was only because of Chriss understanding of our needs and his ability to make things happen, we found and closed on our perfect house,
