We met Chris during an open house that he was hosting. He immediately recommended a house around the corner from the house that he was showing that he knew was coming on the market. The next day he had arranged a showing for us. We were the first ones to view it. Although we didnt buy that house, he immediately followed up with other suggestions. Chris showed us several other houses within the next few weeks. We made offers on two houses above asking price, but we were outbid. Chris read about a house on Zillow that was coming on the market in 3-4 weeks. He didnt wait and called the listing agent and arranged to show it to us the same day.
