Im not exaggerating when I put 5 stars in every category. You can tell that Jessica truly cares about her clients with the way she talks to you, develops a relationship, and the effort she puts in. She was way beyond accommodating. While visiting family on Thanksgiving day, she called to tell us the offer we put on a house was accepted. I was definitely not expecting that.Jessica has a great knowledge of the area and old houses. She was able to answer all of our questions, and even had suggestions for ways to make improvements to the house and help us envision the way it could be with some small renovations.When it comes to negotiating, Jessica helped us save thousands of dollars. She gave us the confidence to offer what we could afford and not feel bad about the price we offered. She is a great negotiator!The other thing that really impressed me was that she completely respected the fact that my wife and I are debt free, therefore we have no credit score. This made the mortgage process a little more difficult but she completely had our backs. I have the feeling that many agents would tell their clients to go open credit cards to get that score established but she respected our decision completely. She recommended a great lender who helped get us through the process successfully. The home inspector she suggested was great as well.I highly recommend Jessica and tell our friends and family about her also.

We were referred to Jessica by friends of ours after our first realtor seemed to actively avoid us, and we are so thankful for her service. Jessica was always willing to meet with us to view homes soon after we expressed interest in them, and even spent one late night with us viewing multiple homes. Jessica was also always quick to get back to us with answers to our questions and concerns (always got back to us within a few hours at most if we contacted her before 9pm, or no later than mid-morning the next day). What impressed us the most was her unwavering desire to make us feel comfortable with the overall prospect of BUYING our first home. We really had no idea how the process worked for securing financing and the other more complicated legal aspects of home ownership, but Jessica was always there to guide us in the right direction.Looking back, we cant imagine working with any other agent. Jessica is incredibly talented and her friendliness and professionalism is second to none. Anyone who has the chance to work with her is in the best of hands.
