We had a very unusual situation - where we knew very early that we would be moving and needing to sell - but didnt know exactly WHEN that would happen. Jessica was a pro - and stayed involved with me for MONTHS prior to us being ready to sell - coaching me on steps I could take to get the house as ready as possible ahead of time - so when the time came, we could pull the trigger quickly. As a result, we were able to put the house on the market within a week of my husband getting his new job offer out of town. Jessica was wonderful every step of the way. And especially patient with me and my never-ending list of questions as a first time home-seller. And went above and beyond - providing guidance and advice every step of the process. We took the pro photos of our house on a Thursday, listed the house the Monday after, had showings that Saturday and an Open House on Sunday. We accepted an offer the day after Open House. The process couldnt have gone smoother. We will always be thankful we chose to work with Jessica, and would always recommend her to anyone who would ask us!
