For some time I had explored the possibility of buying a condo in the Boston area, as close as possible to the city. There were many agents out there, and even after meeting with a few of them at the very beginning to test the waters, I wasnt very inspired. I quickly suspended my search and decided to resume it at a later time. By a chance encounter, I met Avi Kaufman over a year ago. Besides being a new neighbor in my building, he also happened to be a real estate agent. After having a few quick chats with him, given his very friendly and earnest disposition, I felt inspired and ready to start my search again with his help. I took this chance encounter as a positive sign. Avi met with me several times to gain an in-depth understanding of what I was looking for. He suggested places that matched my specific criteria and he provided all the needed details to help me make an informed decision. Eventually, we found a place perfect for me.
