For some time I had explored the possibility of buying a condo in the Boston area, as close as possible to the city. There were many agents out there, and even after meeting with a few of them at the very beginning to test the waters, I wasnt very inspired. I quickly suspended my search and decided to resume it at a later time. By a chance encounter, I met Avi Kaufman over a year ago. Besides being a new neighbor in my building, he also happened to be a real estate agent. After having a few quick chats with him, given his very friendly and earnest disposition, I felt inspired and ready to start my search again with his help. I took this chance encounter as a positive sign. Avi met with me several times to gain an in-depth understanding of what I was looking for. He suggested places that matched my specific criteria and he provided all the needed details to help me make an informed decision. Eventually, we found a place perfect for me. I'm very happy with the result. The whole experience was absolutely delightful. Avi was very responsive and made me feel comfortable and in control throughout the entire process. When we started our home buying process, I was told by a few people that Avi is the one to work with. And boy were they right!!! Avi is probably one of the smartest, cleverest, and kindest people I have ever met. Throughout the entire process he was very attentive, communicative, and he listened carefully to everything we wanted. I could tell that he really cared about us and was not just looking for a sale, which I have felt with other agents.
