Having spent over 40 years in commercial real estate lending and asset management, I interviewed and contracted many real estate brokers. Through several meetings with them they not only answered our extensive questions, verified their market knowledge, expertise, patience and laid out a detailed marketing strategy, plan and timetable for selling our home. BEST REALTOR HANDS DOWN!! Jake went above and beyond to make the whole process of selling my home easy and comfortable. My husband and I both have our hands tied with a busy schedule so cleaning up for photos / open houses was one of the last things on our list of things to do. Jake came in and told us EXACTLY what we needed to do with our furniture, accessories to get the most money possible for our home. He even helped us rearrange it all! Jake made our house look like a totally new home! Now lets talk about communication, Jake goes above and beyond to keep you in the loop of what is happening and what is to come. He has made sure to answer every single question Ive asked and never has made me feel like I'm asking too many questions. Ill be the first to say, I'm not an easy client, i have high expectations and Jake has not only fulfilled those expectations but exceed them as well.
