From the moment we met Peter, he has demonstrated his willingness to be helpful. He was able to answer questions with as much detail as we wanted. He went the extra mile, even going to the city offices to look up a property and get answers for us rather than just believing everything the seller stated. This took several hours and he went above and beyond what was anticipated as he did all of this outside of normal business hours to accommodate my schedule.
