Terri was a great help in every way with my recent purchase in Logan, UT. She was very prompt and insightful with everything that I needed. I found out that I would be able to purchase a home on very short notice and I was coming from out of state to make that happen so Terri made sure she was available for me whenever I needed to ensure I could get a deal closed fast. We ended up working with a for sale by owner deal in which she even put in extra effort to help the seller in order to make sure the deal went through smoothly. We had many hiccups occur in the deal all due to my lender having major competency issues but at every curve-ball she was able to help us get through to the next step. Terri seemed to be very knowledgeable about the entire market in the cache valley area as our search took us to many different cities in the area. Overall a solid experience and I would highly recommend her if you're looking to buy or sell in this area!

Terri was a blessing to put it lightly. I live out of state. My father recently passed and I was given the responsibility of taking care of his estate part of which was needing to sell his house in Hyrum. When I talked to Terri I knew immediately that i found the right person. She was very prompt to meet with me, and had already researched the property before we met. She knew that time was of the essence as my brief time in the state was limited. The house needed upgrading before it went on the market and Terri knew all the right people to call to help me get it to where it needed to be. she was on top of everything and definitely went well above and beyond what she needed to to help me out.The house sold quickly for the full asking price. I honestly can't thank her enough for all of her hard work and would highly refer her to any one.
