Larry and Kress were recommended to my husband and me in 2013 by a Los Angeles neighbor who'd moved north to Rossmoor. We were looking to move from LA also, to be nearer our daughter & granddaughter. Larry and Kress hung in there with us as we searched for over a year for the right house. They educated us about neighborhoods, property values, climate, community, walkability, etc, etc. With expertise and skill, they helped us pick a reasonable price for our bid, sealed the deal and followed through with a terrific rolodex of inspectors, plumbers, electricians, and roofers - all of them top notch and reasonably priced. We were so happy with their service, we enlisted their help again when there was opportunity to support our daughter getting into the housing market. Twice proven TERRIFIC, we will look to Larry Jacobs and Kress Hauri if ever the need arises again for realtor expertise! I highly recommend Larry and Kress.

I had met Larry about two years ago while we were browsing randomly to get a feel of the market. Once it came time for us to buy, fortunately we came across Larry once again! And we are extremely glad to do so. In the initial meeting Larry showed us couple properties while gathering info on our needs/likes/wants etc. we had also briefly mentioned about an area, and Larry was on top of it right away. Through Larry and KresS connections and persistence It was only a few days before we started talking about a property, which we were able to land before it went on the market in the area we spoke of! Throughout the process Larry kept us up to date, we had daily calls, took care of negotiations, recommended financiers, went in detail about all of the paper work and of course made sure we took the right decisions to our benefit. In short, we highly recommend working with Larry and Kres, they know the bay area, treat you as you are the only client, always available, find the right property for you and seriously know their stuff. Also, they are very friendly and family oriented!
