I originally chose another realtor, but Debbie was unaware and contacted me. Even though she knew she wasnt my realtor she was very helpful and took the time out to give me some vital information I was looking for. When the other realtor didnt do her job, I called Debbie and it was the best decision I ever made. She is very knowledgable about the whole area whether it be Muscogee or Harris county. When you ask her questions, she responds quickly and she will always find the answer even if she doesnt know it off hand. Debbie always knew the specs for each house and any history of the house. Because I moved from New York, she was well prepared to show me over 30 houses in the alotted time I gave her.....2 days. She created a route to save time and had all the info and demographics of each house and the general area. After choosing the house we wanted, she gave us all the information we needed to purchase the house and made sure we knew everything about the process of buying a home in Georgia. On top of all this, she did it with a smile and always lent a hand when I needed to find an inspector, an Internet provider, or even the water supply company for the area. For our family, she turned out to be a blessing. She has made our moving process so much easier and we could have not asked her for anything more.
